Ultra High Moleculer Weight Polyethylene is an outstanding thermoplastic engineering material, which has a molecular weight average 10 times that of conventional HDPE resins. Higher molecular weight gives UHMW-PE resins unique combination of characteristics:

- Excellent wear resistance with longer service life

- Outstanding impact strength even at very low temperature

- Extraordinary high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and corrosive gases

- Very low coefficient of frication leading to much better sliding properties

- Full range of working temperature from -200°C to +90°C, especially under condition of low temperature.

- Brilliant sound dampening properties for better working conditions

- Good environmental stress cracking resistance

- FDA and USDA approved

Application:

Sheets and profiles- like liner, conveyor, anti-shocking board, bumper, mixer, pipe, guide, valve, ski board, artificial joint and other machinery parts, etc.
